Site Errata
Site errata record confirmed issues that affect reader trust. This ledger is for corrections that are broader than a single formula table, citation, notebook, or redirect entry.
No public site-wide errata entries have been recorded yet for the current draft build.
Entry Format
Section titled “Entry Format”Use this structure for each confirmed erratum:

| reviewer | person or process that checked the correction |
IDs should remain stable after publication.
Severity Guide
Section titled “Severity Guide”| Severity | Use For |
|---|---|
critical | false theorem, wrong central formula, misleading physical claim, or convention error affecting calculations |
major | missing assumption, broken derivation step, wrong citation, or broken canonical link |
minor | typo, formatting issue, wording ambiguity, or nonblocking link problem |
maintenance | metadata, sidebar, review-date, redirect, or style cleanup |
Triage Workflow
Section titled “Triage Workflow”- Reproduce or locate the issue.
- Check the canonical page and cited sources.
- Classify severity and scope.
- Fix the affected page.
- Add or update the erratum entry.
- Run focused checks and the local build.
If the issue affects a formula, table, notebook, citation, or redirect, also add it to the specialized ledger.
